(ROCHESTER, NH--March 31, 1999) Dover Flexo Electronics, Inc. (DFE) is pleased to announce the first full 5 Year Product Warranty in the tension control industry. The 5 Year Warranty becomes effective on April 1, 1999, replacing the company’s present 1 year warranty. Company management is pleased to be able to time the announcement of the new warranty with the celebration of DFE’s 25th Anniversary.

"Our sales representatives have suggested for a while that DFE capitalize on its strong reputation for reliability by offering customers an extended standard warranty," comments Mark Breen, Dover Flexo’s Marketing Manager. "We've researched our data on customer product returns over several years and found that our track record for product reliability is excellent. A five year warranty should impose very little economic burden on the company, and it can really benefit our customers. We're happy to be able to offer this program as a service to our customers."
